CONCUSSION CERTIFICATION

Any official who works NJSIAA contests for any sport is required to take an Annual Concussion Course.

To Complete the Concussion Course

1. Login to Arbiter

2. Under Association, click on Central Jersey (Football)

3. Click ELIGIBILITY on the menu

4. Click on Football

NJSIAA - 2025-2026 NJSIAA Activity Year

5. Under Eligibility Details, NJSIAA Concussion Protocol Training, click the Take Online Clinic link

6. Complete the course as required

7. After you complete the course AND while still on that page, navigate to the left hand side of the page

8. In the green box, click the down arrow on Completion Criteria: Completed

9. Download the Certificate.pdf and save the flle

10. Go back to Eligibility Details page and the NJSIAA Concussion Protocol Training status should be updated with the current date (it may take several minutes)

11. An email confirmation should be sent with the completion certificate attached.

To Complete the Football Test

1. Login to Arbiter

2. Under Association, click on Central Jersey (Football)

3. Click ELIGIBILITY on the menu

4. Click on Football

5. Under Eligibility Details, 2025-26 NJSAA Football Test, click the Take Test link

6. On the testing page, scroll down to locate the test, then follow the instructions to complete the test.

7. After you complete the test AND while still on that page, scroll down to see the test results

8. Go back to Eligibility Details page and the 2025-26 NJSAA Football Test status should be updated with the test results (it may take several minutes)

11. An email confirmation should be sent with the test results attached.

ANNUAL DUES

Dues for the NJFOA-Central Chapter 2026 are now being accepted.

RefSec online registration will be used to complete the dues process by clicking the following icon:

Late Fees

On-Field Active Members

Paid between November 16 and December 15 - $100 + $50 Late Fee ($150)
Paid between December 16 and January 15 - $100 + $50 Late Fee + $25 Late Fee ($175)

Clock Operator

Paid between November 16 and December 15 - $60 + $50 Late Fee ($110)
Paid between December 16 and January 15 - $50 + $50 Late Fee + $25 Late Fee ($125)

Inactive

Paid between November 16 and December 15 - $25 + $50 Late Fee ($75)
Paid between December 16 and January 15 - $25 + $50 Late Fee + $25 Late Fee ($100)

Important to note when registering with the Chapter/Paying Dues:

All dues must be paid online with a credit card through RefSec (No checks will be accepted)
When registering online, you can choose a committee you would like to be a part of and the chairperson of that committee will be notified
Updating your contact information on RefSec does not automatically update your contact information on Zebraweb so please do in both places
Cadets need to register for 2026 as on-field active

All dues for 2026 are due by November 15th, 2025

Dues for 2026 are as follows:

On-Field Active: $100
Clock Operator: $60
Inactive: $25
