MEETING ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

Attend one (1) Mandatory Rules Interpretation / Business meeting. Provide proof of attendance to your Regional District Secretary if not done in our Chapter.

Attend four (4) Regional Interpretation meetings. Provide proof of attendance to your Regional Secretary if not done in your District.

Attendance will be finalized at the last Regional Meeting and the Regional Secretary-Treasurer will file a report with the Chapter Secretary-Treasurer.

Any Member not meeting this requirement will NOT be eligible for a State Playoff or Regional Cross-over Assignment.

Member will be called before the Board of Review and may be suspended or expelled.

All meetings begin at 7:00 PM
